a message from our founder
As many of us do, I’ve dealt with cultures, leadership, and roles that didn’t align with who I was. Ultimately, these misalignments created stress and burnout. Thankfully, I’ve recognized more of what I truly enjoy doing, what contributes to my success, and what non-negotiables I have. I’ve learned how to have agency and take ownership of my career and my life.
